Relationship between different organizational functions
In an organization there are several departments. Each department duties are different from other department. Every department plays a vital role to take the organization to its desired position. But without some departments an organization cannot be run. All the department needs to work altogether and cooperated with each other. A strong team working can take the company ahead easily.
To teamwork and make interrelation ship between departments there needs to communicate with each other. Such as finance department is a very important department for an organization. This department makes plans for capital budgeting. All other departments works hard to achieve the budget.
Marketing department promotes the organization. By this the organization becomes well known. For the marketing of organization they also gives some offers to the publics. Such as discounts, cashback etc. They also makes plans to achieve the capital budget which was made by finance department.
Human resource department is also an important department as they hire and appoint new employees for their organization. If HR departments does not appoint perfect employee for marketing and finance department then those department cannot made the perfect budget and perfect marketing planning.
Accounting department computes the cash in and cash out of money of organization. They also gives employee salary. So without this department organization cannot make accounts of profit.
So it is cleared that an organization cannot run without the cooperation of departments. To achieve the target the department’s employee should communicate with each other, suggest each other, make a good bonding with each other and motive each other. Then the organization will reach to its goal.
