Staffs performance come from their ability. But if the employee did not get enough motivation for work, then he cannot be showing his ability. Also, the employee should get enough tools for his work.

Low ability is a big damage for the company. So perfect employee should recruit for a perfect position. Here are some ways to avoid negative behavior:

  • Train managers and supply them enough tools for work.
  • Feedback them frequently and timely.

  • Give power to employees for doing their jobs perfectly.
When the employee gets bored and tired while doing their work, they need motivation. Here are some ways below to motivate them
  • Give challenging tasks.
  • Give interesting jobs.
  • Give perfect amount of salary.
  • Value and appreciate their work.
  • Give them promotion.
