from attraction to separation. The circle is ongoing. There are seven stagers
in a HR life cycle. Below they are

resource life cycle. To get new employees 1st task is to attract
them to the company. Giving an attractive amount of salary, and other extra
facilities can attract people to join as employee in a company

number of applicant will be chosen, who have the ability to work as an employee
in the certain post. The human resource manager will able to know during
interview that who is the best person for the post.
Onboarding
By onboarding the employees can
understand the company. They will be introduced with the company &
company’s privacy and policy. They will be able to know the rules and
regulations of the company.

being introduced with company’s new mission, vision & values. Human
resource managers will need to be guide the new employee through paper work.
The managers need to ensure that the new employee get all the tools and
materials they need for work.

training to develop their career. Career developing projects should arrange and
make sure that the employees are attending them. Career developing
opportunities are important to keep an employee to the company for the long period
of time.
Retention
To re-energize the stuff this stage
is very valuable. Many offers, opportunities, facilities should give to the
employees to make them re-energize. The HR manager should thank them for their
hard work. Praise them. And give gift cards to them to make them more active.
The HR manager needs to arrange picnic for the refreshment to work.
Separation
This is the stage where the
employees leaves the company by retirement or other reason. The company and the
manager should pay the employees pending salary. If there is a company policy
to take an exit interview the company should take that properly. And then
smoothly remove the employee from the company.
